Common use of Work of the      Unit Clause in Contracts

Work of the      Unit. Persons excluded from the bargaining unit shall not perform duties normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit which shall directly result in the layoff or reduction in hours of work of an employee in the Bargaining Unit.
