Work Operational Hours. The shared decision-making team of each Juvenile Court Schools program shall recommend to the Superintendent the appropriate operational hours for each individual site taking into account the scope and responsibilities of the instructional day. The team shall develop rules and regulations which shall include, but are not limited to, planning and preparation periods; relief periods and an uninterrupted duty free lunch periods of not less than thirty (30) consecutive minutes.
