Work Opportunity Mandated Testing. In all situations where an employer is required to agree to a testing program in order to qualify as a bidder on the project, testing may be required, but only if performed in accordance with these standards and applied uniformly to all personnel having access to the work- place. There shall be no discrimination against any em- ployee who refuses a job assignment to a project that has alcohol/ drug testing.

Work Opportunity Mandated Testing. In all situations where an Employer is required to agree to a testing program in order to qualify as a bidder on a project, testing may be required, but only if performed in accordance with these standards and applied uniformly to all personnel having access to the workplace. Where work opportunity mandated testing has taken place, the employee may elect (where permitted) to have the results of that testing transmitted to this drug-testing program. Those results could then be used in certain future work opportunity mandated testing so that those employees who had been tested recently could avoid being retested.
Work Opportunity Mandated Testing. In all situations in which an employer is re- quired to agree to testing for prohibited substances to qualify as a bidder on the project, the em- ployer may require testing for prohibited substances. Tests shall be performed according to the standards established in this Policy, unless the employer is required to use different standards to qualify as a bidder on the project in which case those required standards shall be used. The employer will not discriminate against an employee who refuses a job assignment to a project that has work opportunity mandated testing.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority.
