Work Performance Notations. (1) A copy of any and all notations relating to the work performance of an employee, which are made in an employee’s personnel file, shall be given to the employee. (2) Unit members shall have the right upon request and by appointment to review the contents of his/her personnel file. Unit members will be entitled to have a representative of the Association accompany him/her during such review.
