Work Permit Fees. Permitted Employees who are not I.A.T.S.E members are subject to a permit fee of five (5) % of their total gross wages to the Union. The Company shall deduct and forward this payment directly to the Union on a weekly basis with a complete remittance breakdown. Permit fees are paid by the Employee.
