Work Schedule Requirements. Each of the two employees in a job-sharing arrangement will be required to fulfill one-half of the full-time work schedule requirements averaged over a maximum of two (2) complete bi-weekly pay periods, except where a request for a greater averaging period has the prior approval of both the Employer and the Union.
Work Schedule Requirements. Cleaning shall be completed within a 12 hour period of the end of an event held at the Community Center. Events with multiple days require daily maintenance, including cleaning and restocking of restrooms. There will be a post event inspection at the conclusion of any event, prior to cleaning taking place. The City shall be notified in writing of any damage including any unlocked doors, missing kitchen items, or electronic supplies rented out during event by noon that day or by noon Monday if the event falls over the weekend.
Work Schedule Requirements. Services shall be provided and completed within a reasonable time or as specified in the Scope of Work. The City shall be notified in writing of any damage, accidents, or other related incidents that occur during the time services are provided.
Work Schedule Requirements. The contractor shall arrange its on-site work so that it will minimize interference with normal agency business. At a minimum, the contractor shall submit a monthly work schedule for agency approval for all on-site work performed under the TO. In no event shall the contractor change approved work schedules without the prior consent of the agency. SECTION D - PACKAGING AND MARKING
Work Schedule Requirements. A. A Flexible Work Schedule (FWS) consists of core hours and flexible time bands.
B. The core hours and flexible time bands for day shift employees are defined in Article 23 Section 3B2.
C. The core hours and flexible time bands for swing and night shift employees are specific to the start time. Below are parameters of the Swing Shift and Night Shift flexible schedules. Using the employee’s start time (column 1), the core hours (columns 2 and 3) and flexible time bands (columns 4 and 5) are specified in Table 1 at the end of this exhibit.
D. The Employer will approve a range of available start times and RDOs for Flexitour with credit hours and CWS (5/4-9 or 4/10) within each shift consistent with the provisions of Section 6 below.
