Work Schedule Requirements. Each of the two employees in a job-sharing arrangement will be required to fulfill one-half of the full-time work schedule requirements averaged over a maximum of two (2) complete bi-weekly pay periods, except where a request for a greater averaging period has the prior approval of both the Employer and the Union.

Using the employee’s start time (column 1), the core hours (columns 2 and 3) and flexible time bands (columns 4 and 5) are specified in Table 1 at the end of this exhibit.
D. The Employer will approve a range of available start times and RDOs for Flexitour with credit hours and CWS (5/4-9 or 4/10) within each shift consistent with the provisions of Section 6 below.
