Work Schedules and Human Resource Issues. A. Contractor shall employ reasonable work schedules and conditions. Provider fatigue and the impairment associated with fatigue pose a significant safety risk for patients, partners, and others in the community. Patient care must not be compromised by impaired motor skills of personnel working extended shifts, voluntary overtime, or mandatory overtime without adequate rest.
