Work Site Egress/Ingress. JOC shall use only established roadways for ingress and egress to the Work site, unless City authorizes specific temporary roadways to be built by JOC. JOC acknowledges it shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations when transporting materials, in connection with an issued Job Order.
