Access Roads. The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.

Access Roads. All roads and other accesses necessary for the Construction of the Improvements and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority, or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower or such Governmental Authority to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the Completion of Construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Project Schedule.
Access Roads. A. To the extent practicable, access roads shall be designed to not impede surface drainage and shall be built to minimize soil erosion on or near the access roads.

Access Roads. The Borrowers represent and warrant that all roads and other accesses necessary for the development of all the Land and the construction of all the Improvements for all Eligible Projects and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been or will be acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authorities or have been or will be dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authorities and all necessary steps have been taken by the Borrowers or such Governmental Authorities to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the timely completion of the Improvements and in no event later than the Completion Date or such Eligible Projects have access to a public road via a private road pursuant to recorded easements satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Access Roads. All access roads must be maintained by the Developer in good repair acceptable to the Municipality’s Engineer during the time of construction. This shall include the removal of mud tracked from the Subdivision as well as dust control. No roadway outside the limits of the proposed Subdivision may be closed without the written consent of the Municipality. To obtain such consent, the Developer shall advise the Municipal Clerk, not later than 14 days prior to the proposed closure, of the date, time and duration they wish to close a roadway. All costs for advertising the closure and signage shall be borne by the Developer. The Municipality reserves the right to limit or prohibit the use of any existing access road by the Developer.
Access Roads. 8.24.1 The Town reserves the right to designate point of ingress and egress to the Lands for any purpose whatsoever until Final Acceptance.
