Site Improvements. The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

Site Improvements. The parking areas, driveways, landscaping and other improvements to the Common Areas of the Property that are depicted on Exhibit B to the Lease (as the same may be modified by Landlord from time to time pursuant to the process of development and approval of the Approved Plans).
Site Improvements. Previously constructed utility buildings may remain provided that they are maintained in excellent condition. No new or additional utility buildings, storage sheds, boxes, canopies, decks, or other structures are permitted on your home site without the written permission of the Licensee. The resident is solely responsible for compliance with requirements for the issuance of permits, building official inspection, and building official approval, and all other applicable laws and local regulations. To avoid living in “construction zones,” any improvements to your site including deck building, the laying and spreading of stone or other items of this nature must be completed in a timely fashion, typically within two weeks of the delivery of materials. Site Improvements. Any improvements to the site, including landscaping and exterior work on the trailer, must be submitted to the Concessioner in writing, for approval PRIOR to installation. A scale drawing of the requested improvement, itemization of materials to be used, and a completion date must be included in the submittal. Site Improvements. The Owner/Developer agrees that upon development of the site, the existing depressed curb and gutter along Lincoln Avenue shall be replaced with a barrier curb and gutter and a raised center barrier median shall be installed on Lincoln Avenue to prohibit left turns into or out of the right in and right out driveway at the Owner/Developer’s expense. The Owner/Xxxxxxxxx agrees to obtain all necessary City permits to provide said improvement. The Owner/Xxxxxxxxx further agrees that all access to tract(s) from Lincoln Avenue and Xxxxxxx Avenue shall be provided as generally depicted on the Proposed Site Plan shown as Exhibit “C”. All site improvements shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer in accordance with the adopted codes, ordinances, and laws of the City of Urbana.
