Work Site Location. 11.9.1. Each employee upon engagement shall be allocated a nominated worksite as a starting point that shall be the point of commencement of his/her daily duty. Any change in the starting point shall be by agreement. 11.9.2. Where an employee is required to commence the day’s work at a site different to their nominated worksite, and where this requires extra travelling time of more than fifteen minutes above the usual commuting time to the usual nominated worksite, such extra travelling time will count as ordinary time worked. 11.9.3. By agreement only, an employee may relocate his/her place of employment on a permanent or temporary basis, provided that an agreed amount is paid to the employee by way of compensation for any costs incurred as a result of relocation (e.g. additional travel, housing costs) and that all cases of disadvantage are compensated in an agreed manner.

Work Site Location. 43.1. Each employee upon engagement shall be given a nominated worksite as a starting point which shall be the point of commencement of his/her daily duty. 43.2. RFV employees are employed by the organization as a whole and may be required to work in or at any RFV service. Any substantial relocation will always be negotiated with employees as a matter of good practice. The RFV 'introduction of change' principles will apply. 43.3. Matters of compensation for possible financial disadvantage arising from such relocations will be discussed between the employer and employee prior to the relocation and agreement on the matter of compensation will be reached before the move. 43.4. This clause does not apply to employees being required to commence work at another RFV location for odd days for work related meetings in the metropolitan region.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Prior Locations (a) Set forth in Schedule 3(a) is the information required by Schedule 2(a) or Schedule 2(b) with respect to each location or place of business previously maintained by any Company at any time during the past four months. (b) Set forth in Schedule 3(b) is the information required by Schedule 2(c) or Schedule 2(d) with respect to each other location at which, or other person or entity with which, any of the Collateral consisting of inventory or equipment has been previously held at any time during the past twelve months.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.
