Common use of WORK TOOLS Clause in Contracts

WORK TOOLS. (a) All tradesman, helpers and apprentices shall furnish and replenish his/her inventory of personal hand tools according to the approved tool list. (b) With the exceptions of the above, employees will not be required to supply work tools. (c) On February 01 of each year, mechanics, autobody mechanics and mechanic apprentices will receive a three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) tool allowance if they work the previous twelve (12) months. Welders will receive two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).
