WORK TOOLS. 5.01 All present Journeypersons must have all necessary hand tools. Replacement will be the responsibility of the employee. All new Journeyperson employees will be required to provide their own hand tools, as per the tool list in the Master Agreement. 5.02 Every effort will be made to provide a heated area during the winter months for lunch purposes.
