The CONTRACTOR shall maintain Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Employer’s Liability Insurance for its employees in accordance with the laws of the State of California. In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall require any and every subcontractor to similarly maintain Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Employer’s Liability Insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of California for all of the subcontractor’s employees.
