Common use of WORKING DUES Clause in Contracts

WORKING DUES. Effective July the Employer agrees to deduct from the employees’ wages, as set forth in Article 1 of this Schedule, working dues in the amount of thirty-five cents per hour for hour worked by the said employees and to remit the said working dues not later than the day of the month following the month for which the deduction is made, in the following manner:
