WORKING OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY. Whenever an individual Employer whose permanent yard or shop is located within the territory covered by this Agreement takes one or more of his employees to perform work outside this territory, such Employer shall continue to pay the wage and fringe benefit contributions as provided for in this Agreement.
