WORKMANSHIP AND SAFETY. All work under this Subcontract shall be performed in a skillful, safe, and workmanlike manner. SDSTA may require (in writing) the Subcontractor to remove any employee which SDSTA deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
