Works Delivery Plan. The Contractor shall provide or procure the provision of one or more Works Delivery Plans for the completion of the Works. The Contractor shall not make any variations to a Works Delivery Plan (other than minor or immaterial changes) unless it is approved in accordance with the Review Procedure.
