Works Produced with University Facilities or Funds. Where a work is produced in whole or in part with the assistance of University Facilities, Funds, Grants or Financing, but not in the normal course of the employee's employment, then the University and the employee shall enter into an agreement using the Mount Royal University Copyright Contract with respect to the following items:
