University Facilities. UFF-USF-GAU shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other University-related organizations. University-related organizations are defined as follows: University-related Groups and Organizations. Those groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include: student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations and faculty committees, career service staff council, direct support organizations, The United Faculty of Florida, etc.
University Facilities. The University agrees to allow the Union to use University facilities to conduct Union business and for single events such as meetings and education functions subject to University policy on the use of facilities and to normal scheduling restrictions.
University Facilities. United Faculty may use University facilities for meetings in accordance with procedures approved and administered by the Office or designee of the Vice President for Administration and Finance and contingent upon payment of direct costs.
University Facilities. The Employer agrees to allow the Union to use University facilities without charge to conduct union business and for single events such as meetings and educational functions subject to University policy on the use of facilities and to normal scheduling restrictions.
University Facilities. Employees shall be allowed the use of University facilities such as the recreational facilities library, cafeteria, etc., during hours scheduled for such purposes or public hours, at rates set by University policy for employees of the University.
University Facilities. A. COMMUNICATIONS Union representatives may use normal internal University communications channels (such as phones and interdepartmental mail) in the assessment, investigation, adjustment, preparation and presentation of grievances and charges and for other legitimate Union business related to the bargaining unit.
B. MEETINGS University meeting facilities shall be available to the Union on an equal basis with other campus voluntary organizations. Other facilities may be used for meetings of employee members of the Union to the extent such facilities are generally available to all University employees for such purposes.
University Facilities. 1. Mail: For individually addressed communications within the University the Union may use campus mail. Union representatives may have reasonable access to departmental mailboxes of bargaining unit members for the purpose of distributing notices and other Union communications.
2. For the purposes of access to and charges for University facilities and services, the Union will be afforded the same services and at the same costs as provided the other unions and employee associations.
3. Harbour Centre: access to facilities as noted below:
a. meeting rooms on request, without cost for normal services, and as available.
b. bulletins sent to the Extension Credit Office at Harbour Centre will be posted in the east faculty corridor at Harbour Centre.
c. mail can be directed to TSSU members by name and will be placed in the appropriate mail box at Harbour Centre, according to the evening of instruction.

Union representatives may have reasonable access to departmental mailboxes of bargaining unit members for the purpose of distributing notices and other Union communications.
2. For the purposes of access to and charges for University facilities and services, the Union will be afforded the same services and at the same costs as provided the other unions and employee associations.
3. At all University campuses, access to facilities is as noted below:
a. meeting rooms on request, without cost for normal services, and as available.
b. in addition to the bulletin boards specified in B above, bulletin boards for the exclusive use of the TSSU shall be provided in mutually agreed locations;
c. where a TSSU member’s appointment requires work to be performed at location(s) other than the appointing department’s campus, the department will direct her/his mail to a mail box at each campus or other location, as directed by the TSSU member.
University Facilities. 8.01 The Employer agrees to provide one bulletin board and space on departmental boards to be used for the posting of official union notices. The Employer agrees
8.02 Upon request from the Union, the Employer will provide a furnished and serviced office space to CUPE 4600 at the standard rate and in accordance with relevant space guidelines and policies as established from time to time. CUPE 4600 office space will be provided with telephone lines and high-speed internet connections, and will reimburse the University for all associated costs.
8.03 Subject to availability, the Employer will allow the Union to make use of the following facilities at the ancillary fee which currently exists or which may be established from time to time:
(i) reproduction facilities
(ii) internal postal service
(iii) audio-visual equipment
(iv) computing facilities
8.04 The Employer shall permit the Union to book University rooms for Union meetings, subject to the prevailing internal regulations.
University Facilities. Licensee shall maintain the areas of usage in good condition at all times and return facilities to the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Licensee shall not be responsible for casualties beyond its control, such as forces of nature, national catastrophes or war or anything in connection with the negligence or willful misconduct of the TUC indemnitees or an undiscoverable hazardous condition on or about the Facilities.
