Works to be approved. (a) The Licensee must not carry out, or permit to be carried out on the Land any works, including any Scientific Research, unless they are Approved Works.

  • POPULATION TO BE SERVED A. In accordance with the Contract, Contractor is required, within the limits of the Contractor’s service capacity, to serve individuals who meet the financial and clinical eligibility criteria for an adult who is Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) and is eligible for services as described in the DARMHA manual.

  • Records to be kept 8.1 The Recipient must:

  • ROAD WORK PHASE APPROVAL Purchaser shall obtain written approval from the Contract Administrator upon completion of each of the following phases of road work:  Drainage installation  Subgrade compaction  Rock compaction SUBSECTION RESTRICTIONS

  • Amendments to be in Writing This contract may be modified or amended only by a writing duly authorized and executed by the Superintendent and the Board.

  • BOARD’S APPROVAL The Agreements were approved by the Board. Since no Director has material interest in the transactions contemplated under the Agreements, thus none of the Directors abstained from voting at the Board’s meeting to approve the Agreements.

  • Replacements to be numbered Each replacement Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate delivered hereunder shall bear a unique certificate or (as the case may be) serial number.

  • Prior Approval The Engineer shall not assign, subcontract or transfer any portion of professional services related to the work under this contract without prior written approval from the State.

  • CONTROLLER'S APPROVAL CRS §24-30-202(1). This contract shall not be valid until it has been approved by the Colorado State Controller or designee.

  • FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.
