Notice of Shift Change The Co-operative agrees to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice when changing a full-time employee's shift, except in the event of an emergency (an emergency is defined as snowstorm, or flood, or breakdown of machinery, or other instances of force majeure or an unscheduled absence of an employee). Should the Co-operative fail to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice of a shift change as indicated above, each affected employee shall receive double (2) time their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked on the new shift. Mutual agreement of employees to shift changes between each other shall not be deemed covered by this clause, (i.e. the Co- operative will not pay a penalty for this type of a shift change). Such shift changes require the prior approval of management. The Co-operative agrees that wherever possible it shall verbally advise part-time employees twenty-four (24) hours in advance when the Co-operative changes an employee's posted work schedule.
Notice of Displacement Where a notice of displacement or layoff actually results in a layoff, and prior to the layoff becoming effective, two (2) copies of such notice shall be sent to the Local designate.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below. Each Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop and Workstation Software Subscription includes one Red Hat Network system entitlement and one Smart Management Module, each to be used solely with a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop or Workstation System. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.
Notice and warning of disconnection Before disconnecting your premises, we must comply with relevant warning notice requirements and other provisions in the Rules. However, we are not required to provide a warning notice prior to disconnection in certain circumstances (for example, where there has been illegal or fraudulent use of energy at your premises or where there is an emergency or health and safety issue).
Notification of Delivery Destination Prior to final acceptance of contract requirements by STATE, PURCHASER shall notify STATE, in a form and manner prescribed by STATE, of the delivery destination of all timber purchased under this contract. STATE may hold PURCHASER's performance bond until satisfactory delivery destination information has been received. Notice of Transfer of State Timber. Prior to selling, trading, exchanging, or otherwise conveying unprocessed timber sold under this contract to any other person, PURCHASER must first obtain a certification of the person's eligibility to purchase unprocessed State timber, and their intent to comply with the terms and conditions contained in OAR 629-031-0005 through 629-031-0045. The certification shall be made in a form and manner prescribed by STATE, and shall be forwarded to STATE upon completion of the transaction. Obtaining the certification shall not relieve PURCHASER of the responsibility to provide STATE with an accounting of the delivery destination of that timber.
Preferred Pricing Affidavit It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide a completed Preferred Pricing Affidavit upon Contract execution and annually thereafter throughout the Contract term in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions.

Two-‐character labels All two-‐character ASCII labels shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Such labels may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator, provided that such two-‐character label strings may be released to the extent that Registry Operator reaches agreement with the related government and country-‐code manager of the string as specified in the ISO 3166-‐1 alpha-‐2 standard. The Registry Operator may also propose the release of these reservations based on its implementation of measures to avoid confusion with the corresponding country codes, subject to approval by ICANN. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such labels that remain withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN.
