Common use of Written and Signed Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Written and Signed Evaluations. All evaluations shall be in electronic and/or written form and acknowledged or signed by the teacher being evaluated. The teacher shall acknowledge or sign the evaluation form as required by law indicating only that the teacher has read the evaluation. Signatures may be digital or written. All evaluations shall be maintained in the teacher's file for a period of not less than three (3) years.
