Common use of Written Explanation of Variance Clause in Contracts

Written Explanation of Variance. GRANTEE is required to provide a written explanation to the OAG for any variances on the quarterly statistical report for any year-to-date performance by GRANTEE that varies from projected performance. In addition to the written explanation, GRANTEE shall promptly answer any questions of the OAG, whether in writing or otherwise, in connection with the quarterly and annual reports presented to the OAG.
