Written, in Writing and Notice. Any requirement for written communication, including the giving of any notice, may be fulfilled by the use of electronic mail, letter post, courier, telex, facsimile transmission or any other medium that produces a tangible result for the intended recipient. The communication shall be deemed to have been given and received upon completion of transmission for any electrical or electronic medium, within three working days of dispatch for inland letter post and on the expiry of the declared or guaranteed time of delivery of any courier or monitored service.
