Barging. In the event of delivery by barge, the Buyer shall at its own expense provide a clear and safe berth for the barge alongside the Vessel’s receiving lines and shall provide all necessary facilities and assistance required to effect delivery. The Buyer agrees to pay and indemnify the Seller against all claims, costs, losses and expenses in respect to any loss, damage or delay caused by the Vessel and/or Xxxxxx’s personnel to any barges and/or its equipment and injury and/or death caused by the Vessel and/or the Vessel’s personnel to any of the personnel effecting delivery in the course of or in connection with delivery of Product. Where lighterage is employed, lighterage charges shall be for the account of Buyer. Lighterage will be charged on the quantity delivered to the Buyer’s Vessel in accordance with the rates and charges of the barge contractor. Deliveries of Products on two or more barges will be subject to separate charges.
Barging. If the vessel requires delivery by barge, the Seller shall furnish this service within normal harbour limits at the Supply Port when and where Seller or its Supplier has the necessary barging facilities available to effect delivery. Buyer shall pay all barging charges at the rate at the rates established by the Seller from time to time plus transportation taxes, if any. If steam is required to effect delivery, the Vessel shall provide such steam free of charge. If tug pumping is required, then the Buyer shall pay all tug pumping charges.
Barging. When delivery is made by a barge(s), the Buyer shall, at its own expense, provide safe and clear berthing for the barge(s) alongside the Vessel s receiving lines as well as all necessary facilities and assistance required to effect delivery.   • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.

  • Demurrage If as a result of the Customer's actions and unless permission is granted by the Company, if the Equipment is not returned during or at the end of the term, then for every hour, or portion thereof, from the end of the term to the time when the Equipment is returned to the Company, as required herein, the Customer shall pay a rental rate equal to three (3) times (x) the standard hourly rental rate for such equipment.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Jacket (7) Employees (other than casuals) who are engaged on the Site for longer than four weeks between 1 April and 31 August in any year shall be entitled to a one-off issue of a good quality cotton work jacket up to the value of $95.00.

  • Fuel Surcharge NO FUEL SURCHARGES allowed during the term of this contract or any of its extensions. The Successful Contract will not xxxx Xxxxxxx County for any fuel surcharges throughout the term of this contract and its extensions.
