Common use of Written Policies and Procedures/Documents on File Clause in Contracts

Written Policies and Procedures/Documents on File. Written policies and procedures, consistent with federal and state regulations, as applicable, will be kept on file in the office of the Subcontractor and available for review at the request of District staff. Such policies and procedures will include, but not be limited to, as appropriate: • Job Descriptions • Confidentiality Policy • Community Needs Assessment In addition, Subcontractor will keep on file and make available for review by District staff documents consistent with federal and state regulations that will include but are not limited to the latest agency audit and subcontractor agreements. The Subcontractor will include these requirements in all approved subcontracts.
