Written Policies and Procedures of the Issuer. The Issuer intends for this Tax Agreement to be its primary written policies and procedures for monitoring compliance with the Post-Issuance Tax Requirements for the Lease Agreement and to supplement any other formal policies and procedures related to the Post-Issuance Tax Requirements that the Issuer has established.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.
