Common use of Written Waiver Clause in Contracts

Written Waiver. Whenever any notice whatsoever is required to be given under the provisions of this Agreement or under the provisions of the Articles or the Act, waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.

Written Waiver. Whenever any notice whatsoever is required to be given under the provisions of this Agreement applicable law, or under the provisions of the Articles or the ActGoverning Instrument, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such said notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such noticethereto.

Whenever any notice whatsoever is required to be given under the provisions of this Agreement the statutes, the Certificate of Incorporation or under the provisions of the Articles or the Actthese Bylaws, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such the notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to notice. Attendance of a Stockholder, Director, or committee member at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of the giving meeting, except where the person attends for the express purpose of such noticeobjecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
