Facilities Usage. Upon advance request, and with approval, the Federation will be granted the use of facilities, depending upon availability of space.
Facilities Usage. Upon request of the Association, the City may provide meeting space outside working hours to the Association, providing there is no interference with normal City operations. Requests for use of facilities will be made in advance to the appropriate Department controlling the meeting space, indicating the date and time of meeting.

Facilities Usage. To use the College’s unscheduled Lecture Hall, classrooms, or meeting rooms for Bargaining Unit meetings upon notification to and permission from the Human Resources Administrator. Permission to use such facilities shall be given so long as the use does not interfere with any previously scheduled activity in said facility and shall be without charge or fee to the Union unless there is increased custodial or maintenance work beyond that required when no meeting is held. This provision does not apply to College facilities normally rented to the public, to the Student Center or student residential buildings.

Artest will take over the facilities of TEST and maintain TEST at the current Xxxxxxxxx location for the benefit of Xxxxxxxxx (the "TEST Facilities") and pay Xxxxxxxxx a user fee for the space at the full service rate listed in Exhibit 2, Table 2. Artest agrees to comply in all respects with any requirements imposed on Xxxxxxxxx under its Master Lease with Naoto Ohtsuki. Xxxxxxxxx will notify Naoto Ohtsuki of Artest's usage of the TEST facilities.

Bargaining Unit employees shall have use of City park facilities at no charge and shall have free admission to the Municipal Swimming Pool for the employee, spouse, dependent children and/or stepchildren. Employees shall also have free use of the boating ramp facilities upon showing of their identification. Employees would be eligible for a discount of fifty percent (50%) of daycare fees at City-operated daycare facilities. (This benefit would apply to the dependent children and dependent grandchildren of City employees. This means the employee is financially responsible for the child. The age limitations of the program apply to the children of City employees).
