WSIB Claim - Continued Pay. Where an employee is absent by reason of an injury or an occupational disease for which a claim is made under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the employee shall receive, upon request to the Employer, an advancement equal to eighty (80) percent of her weekly net pay.
