WTI Differential Report. On the ***** day of the month two months prior to each month in which TRC intends to process Crude Oil that it previously purchased from MSCG hereunder or sell such Crude Oil to third parties (each such month, a “Consumption Month”) (or the next Business Day if such ***** day is not a Business Day), MSCG shall prepare and deliver to TRC a report substantially in the form of Schedule 6 (the “WTI Differential Report”) listing the pro forma volume of ***** contracts by contract month (the “WTI Hedge Volume”) that would need to be purchased and sold to ***** (as described in Schedule 5 under component D of the Price formula) of ***** pricing from the ***** to the ***** for the Nominated Volumes that TRC will purchase in a Delivery Month and later process or sell in such Consumption Month. MSCG shall prepare and deliver to TRC an updated WTI Differential Report following any agreed upon adjustment to a Nominated Volume.

WTI Differential Report. On the 25th day of the month two months prior to each month in which TRC intends to process Crude Oil that it previously purchased from MSCG hereunder or sell such Crude Oil to third parties (each such month, a “Consumption Month”) (or the next Business Day if such 25th day is not a Business Day), MSCG shall prepare and deliver to TRC a report substantially in the form of Schedule 6 (the “WTI Differential Report”) listing the pro forma volume of NYMEX WTI contracts by contract month (the “WTI Hedge Volume”) that would need to be purchased and sold to effect a conversion (as described in Schedule 5 under component D of the Price formula) of WTI pricing from the FOB calendar injection month to the Consumption Month for the Nominated Volumes that TRC will purchase in a Delivery Month and later process or sell in such Consumption Month. MSCG shall prepare and deliver to TRC an updated WTI Differential Report following any agreed upon adjustment to a Nominated Volume.

  • Initial Report An initial performance report no later than 30 days after FEMA has approved the first Public Assistance project.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Monthly Financial Reports Manager shall cause to be prepared and delivered to Tenant reasonably detailed unaudited monthly operating reports (the “Monthly Reports”) that reflect the operational results of the Managed Facility for each month of each Operating Year. Manager shall deliver each Monthly Report to Tenant on or before the twenty fifth (25th) day of the month following the month (or partial month) to which such Monthly Report relates. At a minimum, the Monthly Reports shall include: (a) a balance sheet including current and prior month and prior year-end comparisons (to the extent applicable) and differences in reasonable detail; (b) an income and expense statement for such month and for the elapsed portion of the current Operating Year through the end of such month (with comparison to previous year); (c) a statement of cash flows for such month and for the elapsed portion of the current Operating Year through the end of such month (with comparison to previous year) in reasonable detail to allow Tenant to identify and ascertain sources and uses thereof; (d) a statement of account balances in each Bank Account; and (e) such other reports or information otherwise specified in this Agreement to be provided to Tenant on a monthly basis or as Tenant and Manager may reasonably agree from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 10.2, Manager shall not be obligated to deliver a Monthly Report for the last month of each calendar quarter.

  • SPECIAL REPORTS Generate or develop and distribute special data, notices, reports, programs and literature required by Institutions or by Account holders generally in light of developments, such as changes in tax laws; and

  • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.

  • Additional Reporting Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022. The Recipient shall review and update such information at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the Recipient’s information. The Recipient agrees that this Agreement and information related thereto, including the Maximum Awardable Amount and any executive total compensation reported pursuant to paragraph 38, may be made available to the public through a U.S. Government website, including XXX.xxx.

  • Environmental Report Lender shall have received an Environmental Report (not more than six months old) with respect to the Property that discloses no material environmental contingencies with respect to the Property.

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • Financial Report 7.1.1 A certified interim financial report shall be submitted to IOM no later than [Date (A)]. The interim financial report shall present how the contribution from IOM has been used from the start date of the project to [Date]. 7.1.1.
