Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, and IQVIA has received all properly completed CRFs and, if IQVIA requests, all other Confidential Information (as defined below). Name of Trust It is understood that the name "Calamos", and any logo associated with that name, is the valuable property of Calamos Asset Management, Inc., and that the Trust has the right to include "Calamos" as a part of its name or the name of any Fund only so long as this Agreement shall continue. Upon termination of this Agreement the Trust shall forthwith cease to use the "Calamos" name and logo and shall take such action as is necessary to change the name of any Fund and to amend its Declaration of Trust to change the Trust's name.
Title The Company and its Subsidiaries have good and marketable title to all personal property owned by them which is material to the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, in each case free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and defects except such as are described in the SEC Documents or such as do not materially affect the value of such property and do not interfere with the use made and proposed to be made of such property by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Any real property and facilities held under lease by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries are held by them under valid, subsisting and enforceable leases with such exceptions as are not material and do not interfere with the use made and proposed to be made of such property and buildings by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Partnership Name The name of the Partnership is “OZ Management LP.” The name of the Partnership may be changed from time to time by the General Partner.
