▇▇ Right to Lien. Contractor warrants good title to all material, supplies, and equipment installed or incorporated in Work and agrees upon completion of all Work to deliver the site to City, together with all improvements and appurtenances constructed or placed thereon by it, and free from any claims, liens, or charges. Because City’s property is public property, Contractor and any person, firm, or corporation furnishing any materials or labor for any Work covered by this Contract, will not have any right to lien any portion of the Project Site or any improvement or appurtenance thereon.
