Common use of XXX AND JURISDICTION Clause in Contracts

XXX AND JURISDICTION. 71.1This Framework Agreement and/or any non-contractual obligations or matter arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English Law and without prejudice to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 68 (Dispute Resolution) each Party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
