XXX AND JURISDICTION. This Framework Agreement and/or any non-contractual obligations or matters arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and without prejudice to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 44 (Dispute Resolution) each Party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
