Common use of Xxx Opening and Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Xxx Opening and Evaluation. 23.1 The Employer will open all the Bids received (except those received late), including modifications made pursuant to Clause 22, in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 15:30 hours on 06.04.2013 and the place specified in Clause 20. In the event of the specified date of Bid opening being declared a holiday for the Employer, the Bids will be opened at the appointed time and location on the next working day.
