If a disputed amount withheld is determined to have been a legitimate charge and disputed in bad- faith, interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) may be charged on the amount not paid within the original Payment Period, and Customer must pay the total amount due and owing within ten (10) business days of its receipt of notice of the determination from FBL.
