XXXX Elections. The amount of XXXX requested by a Developer shall be stated in MW of Installed Capacity (“ICAP”), and cannot exceed the nameplate capacity of the Developer’s Large Facility; provided however, if the Large Facility is a BTM:NG Resource, its requested XXXX cannot exceed its Net ICAP. When a Developer elects XXXX, the ISO will evaluate the deliverability of the Large Facility by applying the test methodology described in Section 25.7 of Attachment S to the ISO OATT. The ISO will apply this test methodology to identify the System Deliverability Upgrades, if any, needed to make the Large Facility deliverable and will also identify the MW of Installed Capacity, if any, that are deliverable from the Large Facility with no System Deliverability Upgrades. A Large Facility electing XXXX will be able to become a qualified Installed Capacity Supplier or receive Unforced Capacity Deliverability Rights to the extent of its deliverable capacity, once it has funded or committed to fund any required System Deliverability Upgrades in accordance with the relevant provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT. A Developer qualifying for XXXX will have two XXXX values: one for the summer capability period and one for the winter capability period. The XXXX value, in MW of Installed Capacity, for the summer capability period will be set using the deliverability test methodology and procedures described in Section 25.7 of Attachment S to the ISO OATT. The XXXX value for the winter capability period, also in MW of Installed Capacity, will be set in accordance with Section 25.7.6 of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.

An eligible employee as defined by Blue Cross and Blue Shield means: • A permanent full-time employee regularly working 30 hours or more each week at the employer’s usual place(s) of business and who is paid a salary or wage in accordance with state and federal wage requirements; or • A permanent part-time employee regularly working at least 20 hours but less than 30 hours each week at the employer’s usual place(s) of business and who is paid a salary or wage in accordance with state and federal wage requirements; or • A disabled permanent full-time or part-time employee who is actively working despite the disability (including one who is engaged in a trial work period) and a disabled employee who is not actively working but whom the employer treats as an employee; or • A former employee (or a former covered dependent of the employee of the group) who qualifies for continued group coverage under federal or state law, but only if the employer maintains Blue Cross and Blue Shield group coverage for permanent full-time employees as defined in (a) above; or • A retired employee of the employer. Enrollment of a Member Newly hired employees who are eligible for group benefits can enroll in the benefits plan according to your eligibility requirements for coverage, provided that your requirements comply with Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s eligibility and enrollment requirements. The effective date of an eligible employee’s (or his or her dependent’s) membership in the benefits plan may be the Member’s initial eligibility date or your subsequent anniversary/renewal date, as long as: (a) Blue Cross and Blue Shield receives your written notice no later than 30 days after the Member’s enrollment notification period applicable to membership modifications (as described in the Subscriber Certificate for your benefits plan); and (b) you pay the applicable premium charges.

  • Personnel Selection Leave With Pay Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the appeal process where applicable, for a position in the Public Service or in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, as defined in the Public Service Labour Relations Act, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.

  • Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL). Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.

  • Other Payroll Deductions In addition to the above, the City will deduct from an employee's payroll check, upon authorization by the employee, amounts payable to causes or organizations selected by the Union. At any one time, no more than ten (10) such causes or organizations may be identified by the Union as authorized to benefit from such payroll deductions unless otherwise authorized by the City in its sole discretion. The Union will notify the City of the causes and organizations to be so authorized. Payroll deductions shall be governed by the ability of the City Auditor's payroll system to handle same.

  • Written Election At the time you make a rollover or conversion to a Xxxx XXX, you must designate in writing to the custodian your election to treat that contribution as a rollover or conversion. Once made, the election is irrevocable.

  • DEFERRAL Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company shall furnish to Holders requesting registration pursuant to this Section 2.3, a certificate signed by the President or Chief Executive Officer of the Company stating that in the good faith judgment of the Board, it would be materially detrimental to the Company and its shareholders for such registration statement to be filed at such time, then the Company shall have the right to defer such filing for a period of not more than ninety (90) days after receipt of the request of the Initiating Holders; provided, however, that the Company may not utilize this right more than once in any twelve (12) month period; provided further, that the Company shall not register any other of its shares during such twelve (12) month period. A demand right shall not be deemed to have been exercised until such deferred registration shall have been effected.
