Common use of Xxxx Payment Services Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Payment Services. Included in the E-Banking Services is an optional service that allows you to direct us to make payments from your eligible deposit Account to a person or entity to which you wish a xxxx payment to be directed or is a person or entity from which you receive electronic bills, as the case may be. This is provided through our service entitled “Xxxx Pay”. This service is provided by us through our non-affiliate service providers. Any applicable fees may apply for the use of Xxxx Pay as provided in the separate Xxxx Payment Service Agreement which controls the Xxxx Pay service.
