Xxxxx Funds Recovery Act. Subgrantee acknowledges that any funds which are not used or expended in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be subject to recovery by the City, the Illinois Department of Human Services or the Illinois Attorney General through any of the methods specified in the provisions of the Grant Funds Recovery Act. (30 ILCS 705/5 - 705/9). The provisions of 89 Ill Adm Code 511 shall apply to any funds awarded that are subject to the Grant Funds Recovery Act.
