Xxxxx Guidelines. 1. Subrecipients must use the grant money to fund comprehensive, data-driven substance disorder use prevention strategies to continue to accomplish the following goals: i. Prevent the onset and reduce the progression of substance use disorder; ii. Reduce substance use disorder-related problems; iii. Strengthen prevention capacity/infrastructure at the state, tribal, and community levels and; iv. Leverage, redirect and align state/tribal-wide funding streams and resources for prevention.
