Common use of Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act Provision Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act Provision. The Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act is applicable to this Project. As such, the Contractor and its trade subcontractors shall comply with the wage and reporting requirements imposed by that Act. At such time as the Contractor is preparing its GMP, the Contractor shall include the current Xxxxx-Xxxxx wage rates in its GMP.
