Detailed Change Request. Within twenty (20) days after giving notice of a Change Event, the Design-Builder shall submit a written Change Request to the Department describing, in reasonable detail, all adjustments it seeks to the Substantial or Final Completion Dates or the Guaranteed Maximum Price as a result of the Change Event. The Change Request shall include the same information as described in Section 18.3 with respect to any Agreement changes the Design-Builder seeks due to the Change Event, and the amount of any requested adjustment to the Guaranteed Maximum Price shall be limited in accordance with that Section 18.3.
