Common use of Xxxxxx and Authority of the Association Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx and Authority of the Association. The Association shall have all of the powers of a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, subject only to such limitations upon the exercise of such powers as are expressly set forth in the Articles, the By- Laws, or this Declaration. The Association shall have the power to do any and all lawful things which may be authorized, required or permitted to be done by the Association under this Declaration, the Articles and By-Laws, and to do and perform any and all acts which may be necessary or proper for or incidental to the exercise of any of the express powers of the Association, including the following which are listed without intent to limit the foregoing grant.
