UNION XXXXXXX 9:01 The Union may appoint and the Employer shall recognize a Xxxxxxx for each shop, job or area. The Employer's General Manager shall be notified in writing of the name of the Xxxxxxx when the appointment becomes effective. A decrease in the number of directors shall not shorten an incumbent director’s term. Each director shall hold office until such director resigns or is removed.
