Common use of Xxxxxx Gear Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx Gear. The County shall provide the following items to new firefighters: 1 coat 1 pair of pants 1 helmet 1 pair of boots 1 pair of gloves 1 set of suspenders 1 PBI hood 1 OSHA approved hearing protection device (to be made available to all employees) The County shall provide the appropriate personal safety equipment to newly promoted employees including collar emblems/insignias as required.
