Xxxxxx Mill Picnic Day. All employees shall be entitled to a holiday known as Xxxxxx Mill Picnic Day which shall be contiguous with the Christmas Day Public Holiday. This day and Christmas Day are included in the Public Holidays component of the Annualised Salary, and as such no further claims for time in lieu can be made.
