Xxxxxx of Corporation. The Corporation shall have and exercise all powers necessary or convenient to effect the purposes for which the Corporation is organized, or to further the activities in which the Corporation may lawfully be engaged, including but not limited to those powers enumerated in Title 00-X, X.X.X.X. §000 et seq. and Title 30-A M.R.S. § 2203 (9).
