Common use of Xxxxxx of Sales Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx of Sales. 11.3.1.The Contractor shall provide a Report of Sales, Attachment 6, to SPM, and the DoD ESI Contracting Officer in electronic format within thirty (30) days following completion of the quarterly reporting period, or as otherwise requested by the SPM. The report shall be submitted in the standard format shown in Attachment 6. Sales reports are also required even in those instances where no sales are made during the reporting period. This requirement is in addition to NASA SEWP generated Sales Report.
