Program Management Reviews (PMR). 11.7.1. The Contractor shall participate in regular reviews of the progress of the Catalog. Reviews shall be held at least twice annually as scheduled by the SPM. During these reviews the Contractor shall report on status of Catalog sales, missed sales opportunities, marketing and any outstanding issues concerning the Catalog, among other things. PMR agenda and presentation format shall be provided by the PM to Contractor prior to each PMR. All travel and PMR associated expenses are the responsibility of the Contractor.
Program Management Reviews (PMR). The Contractor shall participate in regular reviews of the progress of the BPA. Reviews shall be conducted annually and scheduled by the SmartBUY Project Manager. During these reviews the Contractor shall report on among other things, status of BPA sales, marketing and any outstanding issues concerning the BPA. The PMR agenda and presentation format shall be prepared by the PM and provided to the Contractor prior to each PMR. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the contractor.

Reviews shall be held at least twice yearly as scheduled by the DOD Software Product Manager. During these reviews the Contractor shall report on status of Agreement sales, sales leakage, marketing and any outstanding issues concerning the Agreement, among other things. PMR agenda and presentation format shall be provided by the SPM to Contractor prior to each PMR. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the Contractor.
Program Management Reviews (PMR). The Contractor shall participate in bi-annual program management reviews of this contract. The schedule and location will be determined by VA and may require travel to a Government site. Contractor travel expenses shall be included in the firm-fixed price line items in Section B of the contract. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed to the contractor. Within 10 days of the meeting the contractor shall provide meeting minutes that includes topics covered, key issues/discussion points, actions and copies of all presentations. Deliverable: PMR minutes
